For every order, a detailed description is created for review, from SKUs to decoration to logo placement.

We inspect every item received from our suppliers to check SKU, color, and size before production begins.

Items are inspected again before decoration, and all clothing is cleaned, ironed, and individually packaged.

Finishing Strong

When the order is complete, each item gets one final check for quality and quantity before being packaged and shipped.

Our Collaborative Approach

Every order starts and ends with us.

We handle all aspects of your order, so we can remain in control of the process and products. We very seldom use a third-party vendor. Eighty percent of all products are produced and decorated by our staff in our own facility. This allows us to guarantee both quality and delivery in a timely fashion.

Online Store Creation Setting Up We will set up your new store based on your company requirements and any graphics you send us. You can review the entire site in detail before releasing it to employees.

Launch Your Online Store Rolling Out We will provide training and written instructions on how to add users, review orders, and more so you are comfortable with your final product. Your store will be rolled out based on your schedule.

Karla has worked with both embroidery and sublimations for the past 7 years. She has 25 years of experience in the retail industry for both large and boutique businesses. Nothing leaves her workstation that she would not be happy to wear herself.

Dennis has spent nearly 40 years working with custom embroidery and sports imprinting. With a background in graphic communications and education, she loves to decorate clothing and uses her skillset to produce the highest quality possible.

Jacque has been an embroidery operator for the past 11 years. She has learned the operation of different machines and understands the importance of quality. Every item she produces is inspected, trimmed, cleaned, and packaged with care.

Keith has worked in the shipping industry for several regional businesses before joining AEC over 8 years ago. He has become an expert in making sure orders are packaged and shipped correctly to our customers throughout North America.

William Ivanusic Warehouse Manager

William has 14 years of warehouse experience from managing grocery stores to distributing merchandise for large stadium shows. He takes great pride in his daily responsibility of inspecting merchandise as it arrives and before it leaves our facility.

Who We Are

AEC was founded in October of 2007 and started taking orders on January 2, 2008. The company’s first store was for a large contractor, and we rapidly expanded to serve several architectural firms, engineers, and contractors — which is how the original name AEC came to be. Through word of mouth and recommendations from happy customers, we have grown the business to support nearly 100 online stores, servicing nearly 30,000 customers across the United States and Canada. We love what we do and are confident that you will love it, too.
