As part of our initial process, we provide our customers with a two-page document to complete. Our process for quality control starts when inventory is selected from our warehouse or delivered to our front door. Everyone has a role in inspecting each order for size, color, brand, and more. Every person who touches an order has the authority to reject any item that does not meet our standards.

Fulfillment

We deliver on cost and care.

No two orders are the same, so we carefully plan and package each order to avoid any damage and ship as economically as possible. Orders are inspected during this final step to ensure accuracy and quality. With just-in-time inventory, 1-day turnaround, and 2–3-day fulfillment orders, we deliver on both care and efficiency.

We handle all aspects of your order, so we can remain in control of the process and products. We very seldom use a third-party vendor. Eighty percent of all products are produced and decorated by our staff in our own facility. This allows us to guarantee both quality and delivery in a timely fashion.

Online Store Creation Setting Up We will set up your new store based on your company requirements and any graphics you send us. You can review the entire site in detail before releasing it to employees.
Launch Your Online Store Rolling Out We will provide training and written instructions on how to add users, review orders, and more so you are comfortable with your final product. Your store will be rolled out based on your schedule.
